Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders to eligible United States addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you before fulfillment.

Processing and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after processing. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to carrier conditions.

Shipping Cost and Carriers
Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. Orders are generally shipped with FedEx or USPS. Tracking information will be emailed after shipment and may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Address Changes and Damage
Please verify your address before checkout. Request address changes within 48 hours of purchase and before shipment. Report transit damage within 7 business days and retain the product and packaging for inspection.
